Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by mu888 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the mu888 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. mu888 makes no representations regarding the legality of its Services in any particular location. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and legal liability.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. mu888's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or events outside mu888's reasonable control may cause temporary service interruptions. mu888 will make reasonable efforts to communicate scheduled downtime in advance.
mu888's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data are governed by the mu888 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
mu888 collects personal data including identity documents, contact details, and transaction records for the purposes of account administration, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and, where you have opted in, marketing communications. mu888 does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties.
